The Prairie Paths leadership quiz
The quiz asks for your first name and email address before you begin, because the free result is delivered to you by email as well as shown on screen. We store your answers, the four landscape scores they produce, your first name and email address, and a private, randomly generated link so your result can be reopened.
Ticking the delivery box asks us to send the result you requested and any service message about it. That is the only purpose it is used for.
Consent to receive occasional Sweet Grass Co. news is a separate, unticked choice. It is never required to take the quiz or receive your result, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.
The $1 Leadership Snapshot
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store the payment reference, the status of the purchase, the email address used, and the snapshot generated from your quiz answers so it can be re-sent or reopened.
How results are protected
Quiz results and snapshots are stored privately. They are not readable by other visitors, are not listed anywhere public, and are reachable only through the unguessable private link created for you. Search engines are instructed not to index result pages.
Contact form and waitlist
When you contact us or ask for release updates, we store your name, email address, message and the details you choose to share, and we email a copy to ourselves and an acknowledgement to you.
To limit automated abuse we also store a one-way, salted fingerprint derived from your network address and browser. It cannot be reversed into your address and is used only for rate limiting and duplicate detection.
Analytics
We measure how many people view the quiz, start it, complete it, receive a result email, view the Snapshot offer and complete a purchase, and the same coarse counts for the contact and release-update forms. These measurements never include your answers, your result content, your name or your email address.
Keeping, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us to send, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing sweetgrassseminars@gmail.com. We keep quiz results only for as long as they are useful for delivering and re-sending your result, and we delete them on request.
What this is not
Everything on this website, including the quiz and the Snapshot, is educational leadership development. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, personality testing or employment assessment, and it does not produce a permanent label.
