Website terms of use

About this website

This website is published by Sweet Grass Co., an Alberta-based business. It describes our leadership learning work and how to get in touch. Content may change as our work develops.

Information is general

Everything published here is general educational information about leadership learning. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or professional consulting, and it does not promise a particular result.

The Five-Day Experience

The Five-Day Experience is in development. The current program overview and investment are published on this website, but registration is not open and no place is being sold yet. Dates, exact location and availability will be confirmed directly when registration opens.

Joining the interest list does not reserve a place, does not constitute an application or acceptance, and no payment is collected through it. Any future registration would be confirmed directly in writing, with its own terms.

Prairie Paths

Prairie Paths books are delivered through separate applications. Purchase, access, pricing and support for those products are governed by the terms published inside each application, not by this website.

The free Prairie Paths guide and The Leadership Reading

The free Prairie Paths guide is a reflection tool that helps you choose a landscape/book to explore. It is not a diagnosis, clinical assessment, personality test, certification or formal evaluation, and it does not assign you a permanent label.

The free guide asks for your first name and email address before it begins, because its result is emailed to you as well as shown on screen. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

The Leadership Reading is a one-time $1 CAD personalized digital leadership reflection, shown on screen and emailed to you. There is no subscription, no account and no recurring charge.

Your Leadership Reading stays available at the private link in your email. If you lose that email, you can ask us to send it again and we will email the link to the address you used.

Refunds for The Leadership Reading

The $1 Leadership Reading is eligible for a refund if you are charged more than once, if you do not receive the report and we cannot successfully redeliver it, or if you experience another verified payment or delivery error.

Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered once your personalized Leadership Reading has been successfully generated and delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law. To request a refund, contact us with the email address you used at checkout.

Forms and email

Please do not send health, financial or other sensitive personal information through the forms on this site. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy page.
